Featured Project This home was raised 10 feet due to flooding. In addition, we enclosed the existing garage and converted it to a family room. Also added was a new 2 car garage underneath and additional storage capacity. This renovation allowed a beautiful view of the Manatee River. The project was completed with Fema Grant Money.
